Volunteer Role: Set-Up & Decorating Team
Help us create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere for our annual Put On Your Big Girl Shoes Conference! Volunteers will assist with setting up event spaces, decorating, arranging tables and chairs, placing signage, organizing materials, and ensuring all areas are conference-ready for attendees.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
· Assist with decorating and event setup
· Arrange tables, chairs, and room layouts
· Place conference signage and directional materials
· Organize registration and resource areas
· Help unload and distribute supplies as needed
· Ensure event spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming
Requirements:
· Ability to lift and carry light to moderate items
· Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
· Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
· Attention to detail and enthusiasm for creating a great guest experience
